Up early this morning again, as I had a medical appointment in Shooters Hill at 8.30 a.m. It was good though, as Oxleas Woods were very close by, so after the appointment I popped in the cafe, which has splendid views across Kent. I then had a walk through the woods (lurking behind a 'sensible looking' couple with a dog, as it was quite empty of people in the woods!) and passed by Severndroog Castle, which I blipped last year. I'm so glad that they are restoring it at long last and can't wait to go inside there when it opens to the public. Here is a link if you want to have a read and have nothing better to do!
Off to work soon (and suddenly the sofa is feeling extra cosy).
