Speedies annual club trip to Gatshead, more social than competitive, took gold in the indoor Pentathlon a great result, back on form winning 4 out of 5 events including shot put with a PB of 8m 59! And 3rd in the 60m in 8.02 a new PB.
That's the end of the indoor season a short break then outdoor season and lots of exciting stuff going in in Glasgow
