More early flowers

Rhododendron lutescens is a medium sized species native to Guizhou, Sichuan, and Yunnan, in southern China. Pretty hardy but needs a little shelter to protect the early flowers. At nearby Crarae Garden it seeds around, but I haven't seen that happening here. Introduced to cultivation by Ernest Wilson in 1904.
