The Tugboat Leona B
I went down to the Milwaukee River today & was strolling around taking pictures--reflections of the buildings on the ice & water, some ducks, some gulls, some of the bridge--when I heard the signal go off for the bridge to go up. I wondered what boat could be coming in or going out, because there was still a lot of ice on top of the water. Turns out it was the tugboat, Leona B, pushing a barge load of coal up to the We Energies Valley Power Plant. The ice didn't bother it at all, & the crunching/cracking of the ice echoed loudly as it passed! I put a few of the other pics in my Blipfolio. Happy St. Patrick's Day! :)
