High Rise Operator

As I came in this morning, a large blue crane was parked out along the road at work. Then as the day went on, it had gone into the site and had telescoped into a full blown tower crane! This is the view at midday looking up at the operating cab high up above the site. It would seem he gets up there in a lift, as there are two red buttons towards the bottom of the picture. You can see the operator's arm through the window and a screen to the left. I'm not so sure about the open window, if you can call it that under his feet! The crane is moving more components onto the new building and will be putting in the heavy sections of the stairs into place soon.
