Colette does this 5k run on a Saturday morning and I usually come with her and walk Charlie

Lovely morning, no rain. Later went to SN Judo to help out, and learnt O Soto Otoshi throw which I know is basic but nevertheless useful for me

Then Dave Jackie and Ewan for dinner, all in all a great day
