Time Enough For Love

The photograph is nothing to do with Robert Heinlein's epic novel - I just liked the title.

Instead, the photograph is of a clock that hangs on the wall of our family room. It's a huge thing - 60cm in diameter - and is the primary source of time in the house.

At the entrance to the room, Marie has hung a string of fabric cushioned shapes to decorate the doorway. Tonight I noticed that one was heart-shaped, and casting a shadow on the clock. It reminded me of the title of Heinlein's book... and from that came a photograph.
