A Paddy's Day breakfast

My Irish workmate (guess which one she is) cooks a breakfast BBQ on St Patrick's Day for the whole department in her garden. As a child her family would climb the nearby mountain early in the morning and cook breakfast outside on their return. This morning was warmish and dry but other years it has snowed and still the tradition must carry on and outside it was. A very wonderful tradition and going to work on a full stomach is not a bad thing at all. Hooray for the wonderfully quirky Irish!
