Life List item #17 - Eat at a Rick Bayless restaurant

Picked this one up by accident at the Chicago O'Hare airport. Killed the 5 hour layover with some chips and guac, black bean, cheese and chipotle flatbreads, and tortilla soup. Properly fortified we boarded the flight to Zurich.

Today's itinerary: Denver, Chicago, Zurich, Moscow
