Pure American snow

After yesterday's gorgeous sunshine and skiing, today was pretty much the opposite …. horizontal snow, 80km/hour winds and a low sky.

After an outing for coffee and groceries, we cocooned inside and caught up on reading and indulged in that holiday staple, the afternoon nap. After letting the kids use some of their excess energy in the pool, I headed to the base of the mountain to see how the afternoon was playing out.
