In Colour............

formerly St Peter Chanel Catholic Church, Motueka, NZ.

This building
- was the first church to be erected in NZ Marble.
- opened 30th October 1917
- sold in 1988 as a new and larger church had been built.
- it is now The Chanel Arts Centre

This building was my blip for last week’s MonoMonday Architecture challenge and several blippers asked to see it in colour.
So,
Here it is today, in colour and showing the marble fence and the old-style iron gate.
