It's always nice to come home isn't it? Familiarity, comfort, a sense of belonging.

Loved the light tonight - early evening autumn sunshine - the golden glow bringing warmth to the homecoming. Yes, autumn - (you can just begin to see the first few leaves on the grass). It won't be long now until this time of the day is cool and dark again and the homely hearth will begin to crackle with the sound of burning logs. I love summer . . . . . and I love autumn too :)
