Rambutan

I googled prickly fruit and found Lychee or Rambutan, I already knew what lychee was so have decided this must be Rambutan.

Google says you need to nibble round the stone or pop it in your mouth and spit out the stone, once sucked off.
I tried cutting it but it didn't work so I nibbled it. And I like it.
Trying the Sharon fruit tomorrow. Named after the Sharon Plaines that it comes from, it doesn't look that inviting but then neither did the Rambutan, but I need more varieties in my life.
