Jumbled

Scattered, disconnected, as if blown about,
or like a printer's tray, ready, then dropped,
all the words and memories now jumbled up

How trying it is to reassemble them all each day:
one word, one memory, one mental exercise
at a time, only to scatter to the wind once more
