What do you do?

Our neighbours are faceless most of the time, they are a two point four family. The kids seem to have all the toys they want, big trampoline in the garden - the lot!

The amount of times I have felt like phoning social services or something are numerous!
Why? you ask, I can't imagine when or if we have kids shouting at them like these people do. We all know kids act up and need telling off, you can't speak to them like adults as they don't think like adults when they're young but screaming at them like you hate them with all your venom is just not right. I understand people are educated and are articulate to various levels but it's just horrible. We sit down at night and can hear every word the parents scream at the kids and they scream back...

...and then there are tears.

This is abuse right? or is it bad parenting. I have no doubt the kids are loved dearly but I think they are being seen as possessions or disobedient pets rather than fantastic little additions to their family who need to be praised and encouraged and most of all talked too.
