Bolos de Arroz

I took some of the left over Bolos and white Port into work to thank my colleagues who have been very flexible for a the last couple of weeks. We finished the wine, and a nice little liqueur Alfredo senior had sent from Portugal, at 11am and spent the rest of the day being slightly less efficient than usual (or possibly more efficient?). We were certainly very smiley at the decadence of a tipple before noon.

I've had a ball of stress and anxiety in my chest for weeks now - a 'heavy heart' indeed, but I think it is beginning to go.

Tom's op on Friday. He's worried about whether he can keep his undies on or not…. the dilemmas of a 15 year old!
