Gluten Free

I don't have to worry but a friend of mine does and I thought of him when I saw this sign in the chip shop window.

........and no I didn't have fish and chips for my dinner, this picture was taken just after 10:00 and they weren't open :)

I find that the smell and anticipation of F&C is usually better than the reality and on the occasions that I succumb I usually regret it before I have finished the meal.

Not a great day today, the weather has been poor but I have got a couple of jobs out of the way that needed doing before the end of the month.
