Last run

So after several months and hundreds of miles and plenty of hours I've had my last pre-marathon run.

Assuming I don't have one more tomorrow (possible) and discounting the 15 minute skip I'm supposed to do on Friday there's no more I can do.

It will be good fun, I'm not bothered about the time as it's my first trail marathon, my toenails will fall off (some have in all my previous marathons), I will miraculously avoid nipple rash, I will welcome death at several points around the run and immediately upon finishing will start thinking about future runs.

It's a funny thing.
