Lucky view!

From a gate made of horseshoes in Usk castle, a wonderfully quirky place dating back to the 12th century, where I spent an hour or two in the afternoon writing a short story (set, would you believe, in the ruins of a C12 castle!). The lawns below belong to the house next to the castle, and I particularly like the pond that you can see. I've never seen one like it!

It was then back to the Windmill, our final singing sessions, and Zürcher Geschnetzeltes for supper!
