Choices

This little box of tricks lets you choose. I am 10 weeks into my Gym regime and cannot abide the crap music that is played on the TV screen in the gym. So I pick my own music, the machines let you plug into them for power, handy. I drew some strange looks today from the lycra clad folks when wiggling my 57 year old 20 stone backside to Perfect by Eddie Reader and Matty groves by Fairport Convention.
