Great Crested Grebe

Another beautiful sunny day though with a chill nip in the nw breeze. Gofer’s birthday today. Where could we go. Nature called so off to Blatchford Lakes. What a great time we had with good views of a great crested grebe and a good assortment of other ducks, birds and butterflies. We meandered back through the forest stopping for a short walk along one of the streams. A very pleasant day. In the evening we celebrated at the local pub, as we walked down the full moon was just rising.
