My City: Day 1245: Toronto

This little boy steals my heart every year.

When we retuned to the orphanage this year I could not find him and I thought he might have been adopted. He suddenly found me again and my heart dropped. He was still there.

They have not been able to find any family members and he has been at the orphanage since he was a few weeks old. He is now 5years of age. He is also HIV positive and is on ARV but they are having trouble adjusting the dosage for him. When he turns 6 he will be sent to an SOS home.

And to think that he is only one of so many children in Africa in this situation.
