Notes: Another busy day with staff meeting consuming 2 hrs. Pulled in many directions and trying to keep 2 teams on track and get them up to the speed they should be functioning at. Needless to say, we're a bit behind. More cold and gray has come in today and feeling a bit more winter-ish again.
