Penstemon - Midnight

Thanks so much for all your lovely comments, stars and hearts over the past few days, - my commenting is slipping yet again, and I do apologise. I've been looking at lots of gorgeous images from you all, and sprinkling stars as I go.

I took advantage of some late afternoon sunshine to get out onto the garden with the dog - it really was lovely out there. The sun was catching this beautiful penstemon which has come into its autumn flowering flush. It's called Midnight.
