Can't get his Leg Over

This old guy was travelling the length of Cowes High Street like this on his electric bike. He had to walk with the sticks he has tied to the frame but obviously could not get himself into the saddle.
He made stately progress through the pedestrians and traffic and seemed to possess pretty good balance. I guess it's a better way to get around than a buggy.
