Not feeling like ME today

No idea whats up....I have nothing wrong, i'm not sick as in sick.....I feel I have no energy, cobwebs in my head.....this afternoon I went to have an hours sleep...something I never do!!! For the first while I felt like my body was sleeping, but not my mind, that was active and in the present. Later I must have fallen into a deeper sleep as I dreamt...and it was about giving two young women my photography business card!!!

A few moments ago I realised I had no photo for todays blip....so after having an egg salad for dinner, I went upstairs to collect my camera, went outside to look for something to photograph...found this on my patio.

The good think I noticed was that the sun was shining....the sky was blue!!!!

I'm teaching a Kettlebell class in less than a hour.
