A deserted beach

This is my local beach at Alum Chine, a bit different than it looked last Sunday when all the hoards of visitors were down for the day. I noticed today that further along the beach towards Bournemouth pier there is a lot more shingle on the beach which has been brought in by the strong tides we have had this winter.
