...Clapton - lunch at Daniele's flat to see his food samples

Some time ago I suggested a business idea to Daniele: selling quality food products from his region of Italy. Quite separately and coincidentally, Daniele's father recently said a friend was looking for someone to sell products in England.

What I had in mind was a bit vague. I certainly couldn't have envisaged the superb ready-made collection of sample products Daniele now has in his flat. And they're not so much regional as very local - made from locally sourced ingredients by a small business in Jesi, Daniele's home town in the region of Marche.

I don't know how easy it will be to make a business of selling these products but I'll be giving Daniele every help and encouragement and hoping that eventually he'll need some paid help - me.
