In Praise of Scottish Architecture

A brief, twilight, visit to Edinburgh gave me an opportunity to take a few shots of the city as the light fell on another freezing winter afternoon.

Not happy with any of my planned shots but I took a liking to this unplanned shot taken in front of the Scotsman building.

I've always been a fan of the architecture on this glorious city and this shot seemed to me to be a call to praise the surrounding buildings in all their glory...
