30years!

I can't quite believe where the time has gone but 30 years ago today I left home in the north east and headed off for the bright lights of the city to start my nurse training. After working for a few years with the elderly I undertook my midwifery training which I've been enjoying for the past 20 years. I've had some great times along the way and made some solid friendships.
I've now gone back to my roots and moved out to the countryside and I'm in contact with a friend from way back to reminisce about my teenage years.
Sometimes I really wish I could slow time down. Life is good right now and I want to keep it that way!
