VASSILY KANDINSKY - IMPROVISATION V

The key event (so far) today was a long tour of the Minneapolis Institute of Art (which incidently is very worthy of a full day's attention). I would not say I found just the one favourite piece but certainly the most colourful was this beautiful piece from the Russian artist. I would not pretend to understand the accompanying notice of what's in the picture or what it's trying to achieve but can report it made me feel good.
