Bake Sale At Work

It is 05h45 and my sourdough bread us just out of the oven. There is a charity bake sale in the office today.

Most people will provide cakes or indeed (and I think this is wrong) buy commercially produced cakes.

I consider that properly made bread is the pinnacle of baking and sourdough is one of the best breads available. I'm sure some people will be surprised but hopefully delighted by my effort.
