These poor little birds are cooped up in a cage and hoping that someone will buy them to set them free. This part of the souk was selling budgies, parrots, all sorts of tiny birds, rabbits, mice, hamsters, kittens and puppies. They were in cages much too small for them and I felt sorry for them all.
