True Love ?

What a change from yesterday - dull cold morning, wet cold and windy afternoon.

This is a carving above New House in Heptonstall. It is dated 1736 and shows Henry and Elizabeth Foster for whom the house was built in that year.
I don't know how accurate the likenesses are but, if you view Large you will see some other bits of detail.
