Hearing trouble!

I haven't been able to go out much for the past 2 weeks since I've been sick with flu. I had to visit the doctor today because I can't hear anything with my right ear. It seems I have fluid in my ear after ear inflammation and the doctor had to puncture the eardrum to release the fluid not a very pleasant experience. Now my hearing is a little bit better and I hope it will be much better tomorrow.........the family is a little bit tired of mom saying "sorry, what, did you say something?"
