Library fountain

Every Thursday I take the children to the library for the 'zoom zoom' music session. We always walk past the fountain.
Up till the Olympics last year it has been a sort of rockery, after previously being a working fountain. The council decided it needed to become a water feature again... yay!
Anyways the children always mention it every time we pass.
