The Stonehouse

Beautifully restored Craftsman House, as they were built in the Twenties and Thirties in Reno. (if you google Wikipedia Craftsman House, you will get a lot of beautiful images that will show the main details of these houses, which are, amongst others, the little pillars that are holding a roof over a porch;) This one is totally covered by river pebbles, about 2 to 4 fists big, probably coming from the Truckee River.
Since about 5 years it is a restaurant with a very good cuisine. It has great garden seating and heated seating in the former porch which is closed meanwhile. here are two pics of indoors.

I had lunch here today with a friend, we enjoyed a tasty meal and I took a lot of pictures, only to discover at my return home that there had been no memory card in the camera. Grrrr
So, an hour later I drove over there again but now the place was nearly empty, so I decided to show the whole house from the outside. You might see the white straw hat of one lady in the yard...

Thanks , my friends, for all your kind comments and gratulations yesterday!
