At Home: Bath Buddies.....x

Eva and Beau have one thing in common. They love water. Beau, almost as soon as he is home from school is asking whether he can swim at the local pool or failing that, hoping for a hot bath.

I think he takes after his Granddad in this love of water. He would after work, or even at lunchtime head for an icy dip in the north sea or more latterly and to the amusement of the children lay locked in the bathroom for an hour, eating apples and reading the newspaper in his bath.

Eva, being a water pup too is obsessed with water. She is either being dragged along in the morning, mouth attached to the end hose whilst refilling the horses water buckets or threatening to leap off the steep banks of the River Wye for a dip.

This evening, I found the two water babies in mid play in the bathroom. "Do you like your hair like this Eva?" says Beau. I say nothing.........x
