Ebb and Flow

Under the castle at Dunbar after sunset, looking out to the Bass Rock with the tide receding and camera balanced on a washed-up crate. The children were in swimming club and I took the opportunity to wander around the harbour where I climbed down for a bit of long exposure fiddling.

It was races at swim club tonight, all 3 of them (Duncan doesn't go) in a relay team with 3 others which was very exciting.

Then Malcolm was in a 500m race - 20 lengths! He did really well and everyone cheered him as he finished at the tail end of the field. What an effort and I'm proud of them all :)
