Hands up if you love Quinoa

I do!! My new favourite ingredient! You've all probably been using it for years ,but it's only just filtered through to NZ and I'm making up for lost time! Just waiting for the boss to say enough is enough,but at the moment I'm still able to sneak it in all over the place.
