Star Magnolia

Outside of our living room, a 15 foot tall Magnolia stellata dominates a corner window. Each spring, I wait eagerly for the magnificent blossoms to open and grace our living space. Here is the bud of one of the flowers, the potential for the gorgeous white stars which in a day or two will overwhelm us in beauty.
