Sky Islands

Dr Richard Brusca explaining the location of the Sky Island Region. It is a break in the North American Cordillara with the Rocky Mountains to the North and the Sierra Madre Mountains to the South. Sky Islands provide unique Ecosystems for study of plants and animals. About 200 Saddlebrookers attended his presentation, a science outreach from the University of Arizona.
