Woodland Bonfire

After a couple of months break it was a pleasure to join the Thursday gang of woodland volunteers in the Swiss Woods of Osborne house.
Carrying on from where we left off we were busy burning the remaining logs and small branches which were of no use for other purposes.
Signs of Spring are appearing after the Winter of gales, wind and fallen trees and we were surrounded with the sound of birdsong. A great way to spend a few hours hopefully to the benefit of the woodland and it's wildlife.
