Ruby and Deklan

The youngest of our six Grandies, Deklan Heinrich is 5, Ruby Harper is 2 & 1/2
Our middle sons two children, Deklan is just like his mummy, he is an absolute delight so loving and he loves his little sister immensely, and very protective of her.
Ruby is just like her daddy full of life and mischief, but full of love and cuddles for the family, both are quite shy with strangers until they get to know you.
Ruby has been with me most of the day then we went to collect Deklan from school.

This morning the heavens opened with a thunderstorm to end the 4 month drought We have had, it rained for 20 minutes! Blue skies all day after that.
There is more rain forecast for Tuesday next week (just as my nephew & his wife arrive) but we are not complaining.
The temps are not dropping it's still 30c during the day and a low of 18c.
