My washing machine broke just over a week ago, and today a new one was to be delivered... I'm Going to rent one for a few months from Hughes.

The delivery men turned up within the delivery time... came in to look at where they were going to put the new one, and plumb it in...BUT... They told me that one of the outlet pipe things didn't have a tap on it, and that they couldn't use a spanner as they were not covered to do that.
I was told to contact my landlord and get them to send out a plumber, to sort the pipe, and then ring them again to re-arrange delivery...

Shocking... I'm sure my dad and his mate fitted my old washing machine, and didn't have any issues... and yet people sent out to install them on a daily basis... for an actual job, can't do it! Surely they must come across this problem all the time, so would it not make sense for them to have the know how to be able to solve it?!

Would make perfect sense to me... Now i have to wait until Friday, and take ANOTHER day off work! Sucks!!
