Rear view mirror

We had our first training session over the phone with Booking.com this afternoon. Yes you guessed it. It was just like any normal nightmare session with someone in a foreign call centre. As they say in Scotland, "Ma heed's mince!" in other words, my brain is completely frazzled! How complicated can a booking system be? How many different ways can the same English words be interpreted? It'll sort itself out eventually so we'll keep plugging away at it. Before that started, I rushed out for some shopping and caught this reflection on a van parked on the pavement. Well he wasn't allowed to park on the double yellow lines, so what else could he do!
