Sleep

"In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety." Psalm 4:8

This picture is of my pyjamas this morning. I worked a night shift last night and so I came home and went to bed as I am working a night shift tonight as well!!! This was my first night shift where I am, and it was quite quiet which was good because it meant I got to learn about all the things that the night staff check.

This Bible verse was my absolute favourite when I was a child. I used to be scared to go to sleep, and I would make my sister stay awake until I went off to sleep until I found this verse. This verse gave me a lot of reassurance that God would keep me safe when I went to sleep.
