Although low tide is generally more interesting (in my view), high tide does bring the water closer to the edge, and thus the associated wildlife becomes closer too.

Great to see these little waders down at Cramond, and considering the wildish weather it didn't seem likely I would get anything better today.

Music for the end of the week, Fisherman's Blues, the Waterboys...played very loud!
