Egg and Feather

This is a bog standard supermarket egg which came with a feather attached. It pleases me because it makes it look far less sterile than these shop bought eggs usually do.

The eggs I get from Noelle's hens are covered in all manner of gubbins, there's no doubting where exactly those eggs come from!

You know I like feathers anyway but I also liked the way this feather echoes the curve of the egg.
