Making the Anster cheese

The St Andrews Farmhouse Cheese Company was mid-production when I arrived for a coffee this morning. En route to Sandcastle Cottage in Crail to meet up with the Visit Scotland Grading Inspector. After 22 years, it's still a bit nerve-racking. However, 4-stars retained for another year.
